'Walter Pagels' is a modern miniature waterlily from America. It has charming fully-double warm-white flowers, set off by small apple-green leaves. In hot weather at the height of summer the blooms develop a soft apricot colour towards the base of the petals, and can stand as much as six inches above the leaves. Free-flowering and easy to grow.
